With respect to hearing a deputation from Evergreen a United Neighbourhood, we recommend that City Council waive Section 5.08 (c.2) of the Procedural By-law to allow for a deputation notwithstanding the subject matter being subject to an existing funding program – Community, Youth & Cultural Funding Program.
