THAT a Committee of the Whole – Closed Session meeting be scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in order to receive information relative to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and security of property; AND THAT a City Council – Special Session meeting be scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2019 immediately following Committee of the Whole in order to ratify the minutes of the February 11, 2019 Committee of the Whole meeting as well as Report No. 63/2019 (Infrastructure & Operations – Engineering) Designated Truck Route that was deferred from the January 21, 2019 City Council – Special Session.
