WITH RESPECT to the Memorandum from Councillor Andrew Foulds, Chair - Waterfront Development Committee dated October 9, 2024, we recommend that one-time funding for advancing further development initiatives for Waterfront as outlined in the 2024-2026 Action Plan, be included in the proposed 2025 Operating Budget for Council's consideration, along with a recommended funding source; AND THAT the Inter-Governmental Affairs Committee advocate for funding from other levels of government to support the initiatives as outlined in the 2024-2026 Action Plan; AND THAT any necessary by-laws be presented to City Council for ratification.
