WITH RESPECT to Report 230-2023 - Infrastructure, Development & Operations- Planning Services, and a Public Meeting having been held for the application from R. Tuchenhagen to amend Zoning By-law 1/2022 as it applies to part of Lot 18, Registered Plan 371, municipally known as 1507 John St. Road, we recommend that Zoning By-law be amended as follows: 1. That “Property Location One” shown on Attachment “A” be rezoned to the “UL” – Urban Low Rise Zone; and 2. That “Property Location Two” shown on Attachment “A” be rezoned to the “ULH15” – Urban Low Rise Zone subject to Holding Provision H15. AND THAT any necessary by-laws be presented to City Council for ratification.
