WITH RESPECT to the resolution to establish the Thursday, February 2, 2023 Committee of the Whole – Closed Session, we recommend that the following reasons be added: “(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.” AND THAT the meeting time be changed to 5:30 p.m.

THAT a Committee of the Whole – Closed Session meeting be scheduled for Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in order to receive information pursuant to the Municipal Act (Section 239 (2)) relative to: (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and (e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; and (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
