WITH RESPECT to the January 8, 2026 meeting of the Accessibility Advisory Committee, we recommend that the Agenda as printed, including any additional information and new business be confirmed.

WITH RESPECT to the appointment of the positions for Chair and Vice Chair, we recommend that the vote be conducted using secret ballots.

WITH RESPECT to the position of Chair of the Accessibility Advisory Committee, we recommend that Samantha Zrobin be appointed Chair of the Committee for the remainder of the 2026 calendar year, and until such time a replacement has been appointed, as required annually; AND THAT the secret ballots for the position of Chair of the Accessibility Advisory Committee, be destroyed following the meeting held on February 12, 2026.

WITH RESPECT to the position of Vice-Chair of the Accessibility Advisory Committee, we recommend that George Saarinen be appointed Vice-Chair of the Committee for the remainder of the 2026 calendar year, and until such time a replacement has been appointed, as required annually; Accessibility Advisory Committee Thursday, January 8, 2026 AND THAT the secret ballots for the position of Vice-Chair for the Accessibility Advisory Committee, be destroyed following the meeting to be held on February 12, 2026.
