WITH RESPECT to the 5th floor renovations of the Whalen Building, 34 Cumberland Street North, a designated heritage property, the Heritage Advisory Committee approves in principle the proposed renovation plans to existing suites 501 & 503, as presented by the Capital Facilities Construction Division at the March 28, 2024 Committee meeting; AND THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee confirms that the plans as presented do not conflict with the significant heritage features of the building; AND THAT a copy of this resolution be forwarded to The City of Thunder Bay's Building Division, if required.
