WITH RESPECT to the stairs replacement plans for 349 Waverley Street – St. Paul’s United Church, a designated Heritage Property in the Waverley Conservation District, the Heritage Advisory Committee approves in principle the proposed renovation/replacement plans, as presented by Lance Hitz at the October 24, 2024 Committee meeting; AND THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee confirms that the plans/building material as presented do not conflict with the significant heritage features of the building; AND THAT a copy of this resolution be forwarded to The City of Thunder Bay’s Building Division, if required.
