WITH RESPECT to the March 27, 2025 meeting of the Heritage Advisory Committee, we recommend that the agenda as printed, including any additional information and new business, be confirmed.

WITH RESPECT to the resolution relative to 146 Court Street North, we recommend that paragraphs 1 and 2 be replaced with the following: "THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee approves and has no opposition to the completed demolition of the former carriage house located at 146 Court Street North; AND THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee approves the construction of a new accessory building on the property; AND THAT the re-build has no significant heritage impact to the property;"
