Growth Standing Committee – Tuesday, November 25, 2025 WITH RESPECT to Report 377-2025, we recommend endorsement of the Standing Committee to forward the following recommendations to City Council; WE RECOMMEND THAT City Council adopt the Smart Growth Action Plan as presented; AND THAT any necessary by-laws be presented to City Council for ratification.
