With respect to establishing the March 16, 2020 Committee of the Whole - Closed Session, we recommend that the reason be amended to include labour relations or employee negotiations; the security of the property of the municipality or local board; and advice that is subject to solicitor- client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
