WITH RESPECT to the November 7, 2023 meeting of the City of Thunder Bay City Council Composition Review Committee, we recommend that the agenda as printed, including any additional information and new business, be confirmed.

WITH RESPECT to the position of Chair and Vice-Chair on the City of Thunder Bay City Council Composition Review Committee, we recommend that Rebecca Johnson be appointed Chair of the Committee until such time a replacement has been appointed; AND THAT Cody Fraser be appointed Vice-Chair of the Committee until such time a replacement has been appointed.
