WITH RESPECT to the Memorandum from Councillor Foulds, in support of the proposed changes to the Boulevard Garden and Maintenance by- law, we approve the content as written; AND THAT the Memorandum be presented to council at the December 16, 2024, Committee of the Whole meeting.
