WITH RESPECT to the Thunder Bay Urban Design & Landscape Guideline, the EarthCare Advisory Committee recommends preparing a memorandum supporting the City of Thunder Bay as it pertains to Climate Adaptation principles and Net-Zero priorities, including but not limited to walkability, transit, storm water management, energy efficiency and sustainability.
