WITH RESPECT to the exterior front door replacement plans for 38-40 Cumberland Street South – Ottawa House, a designated Heritage Property, the Heritage Advisory Committee approves in principle the proposed removal and replacement plan, as presented at the May 22, 2025 Committee meeting; AND THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee confirms that the plans/building material as presented do not conflict with the significant heritage features of the building; AND THAT a copy of this resolution be forwarded to The City of Thunder Bay’s Building Division, if required.
