WITH RESPECT to renovations in the North Superior Workforce Planning Board offices in Unit 204 of the Whalen Building, 34 Cumberland Street North, a designated heritage property, the Heritage Advisory Committee approves in principle the renovation plans as presented by Gary Christian at the August 24, 2023 Committee meeting; AND THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee confirms that the plans as presented do not conflict with the significant heritage features of the building; AND THAT a copy of this resolution be forwarded to The City of Thunder Bay’s Building Division, if required.
